99bf Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the 99bf platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any other feature of the service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 99bf platform, regardless of how they access the platform (mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means) and regardless of which services they use. By using the platform you also confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 99bf, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participating in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You have not previously been excluded from the 99bf platform or had an account suspended or terminated for a breach of these terms.

99bf reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to require supporting documentation. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of 99bf, the platform may refuse registration, restrict account functionality, or suspend an existing account pending review. Any account opened in contravention of these eligibility conditions is considered void, and any transactions made through such an account may be reversed.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 99bf platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for OTP-based login and password recovery.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify 99bf immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your 99bf account — is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared or operated by multiple individuals will be suspended and may be terminated.

Duplicate Accounts

If 99bf detects that a user holds more than one account — whether registered under the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — the platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where duplicate accounts are found to have been created to circumvent bonus terms, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your 99bf account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit, though very large single deposits may be subject to enhanced verification at the discretion of 99bf.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 99bf does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered user will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied.
• 99bf does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. 99bf is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests from your 99bf account:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account that has previously been used to make a deposit into your 99bf account and that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 99bf does not guarantee processing within a specific time frame and accepts no liability for delays beyond its reasonable control.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 99bf may require you to verify your identity by submitting supporting documentation. This may include a copy of your national identity card, a screenshot confirming ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposit, or any other verification document deemed necessary by 99bf's compliance team.

99bf may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically on qualifying deposits or, in the case of manual promotions, within 24 hours of the qualifying action being verified by 99bf.
• 99bf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. • Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use gambling transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Opening or operating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with 99bf's support or compliance teams.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the platform without the prior written consent of 99bf.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any use of 99bf's intellectual property not expressly permitted by these terms is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may also constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99bf and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the 99bf platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data, or any failure, interruption, or unavailability of the platform due to technical faults, network issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 99bf's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, even if 99bf has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the 99bf platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or any other content that may change without notice.

99bf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, account registration rules, prohibited conduct provisions, or bonus terms.
• 99bf has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the account.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a problem gambler, in which case suspension is a protective measure and will remain in effect for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
• 99bf is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation, court order, regulatory requirement, or the instruction of a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the user's own request (not for breach), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method after all applicable identity checks have been completed.

99bf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 99bf will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through 99bf's customer support channel should be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
